Free Chair exercise for seniors

If you don’t want to get down on the floor to exercise, then this fun class is for you. Come improve your eye-hand coordination, strength, flexibility and balance by using small balls, bands and tubes at your own pace. You’ll sit in a chair and work your arms, shoulders, waistline, legs and abs. You can stand and improve your balance by holding the chair lightly or not at all; your choice. Even your fingers, hands, chest, and back muscles will be stretched. You’ll work through your range of motion stopping when needed. The class ends with gentle relaxing stretches to improve your flexibility. This class is taught by an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor with over 30 years of experience.
